- Although our culinary experiences are designed to be easy for anyone, there is a fair bit of slow-paced walking.
- Comfortable, walking shoes are a must, occasionally we may walk on wet or slippery pavements, please refrain from wearing flipflops.
- Athens can get hot, please make sure you wear a hat and have a small bottle of water with you.
- Sunglasses make for a more pleasant experience when walking under the hot midday sun.
Dietary preferences and restrictions
- We are very flexible in accommodating guests with dietary preferences or restrictions. Please let us know about any dietary preferences or restrictions by email, at least five days in advance. This is essential so that we can make the necessary arrangements. Last minute notifications may not be accommodated.
- There is plenty of food to choose from on our experiences. We advise our guests not to have a meal immediately before their booking.
- Food and beverages offered during the tour. If you would like to order something extra it’s cost should be covered by you.
Cancellations and refund policy
- Cancellations up to 15 days before your booked tour are free of charge. After that we cannot offer any refund.
- Refunds will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation date.
- Should Bespoke food tours need to cancel a tour, any payments will be fully refunded.
- Participants should adhere to the time on their voucher. If a participant does not arrive on time, Bespoke food tours will consider this a non-show, the tour will be cancelled and no refund will be provided. It is recommended that you plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
- If you’re running late, please call us on the number below to find out where to meet your guide (on a private tour or in small group tour) if they have already left the first stop. As many of our tours sell out, it is generally not possible to join a later tour. Refunds will not be given for any portion of the tour missed due to lateness.
- Sometimes it proves to be very handy to have you hotel name and room number, in case we need to contact you and cannot reach you on your phone.
